All Systems Go - Good Times is Back

The ’90s-themed Jaria Award-winning retro party, Good Times delivers high-energy retro music and fun vibes this Saturday, September 24, 2022, at Mas Camp.

Good Times gates open at 8:00 p.m. and ladies enter free before 10:00 p.m.

With anticipation high for the event, patrons can expect nothing but ‘good vibes’ as they rock the night away on the destination-dance floor. To keep the party going, organizers have ensured measures to secure patrons’ safety and comfort are implemented. These include secured, lit parking and well-managed restrooms Patrons will also have easy access to bars, hydration stations, and a variety of food vendors.

Pre-sold tickets are available for $1500 or pay $2500 at the gate. Advance tickets are available at Rubis Gore Terrace (in front of Merl Grove High); Avery’s Beauty Concept (Hughenden); Collectibles Mall Plaza; Kingston Jerk; Genus Pharmacy (Portmore); and online at Caribtix.com/Goodtimes.

“Come prepared to dance and drink the night away. After the long-awaited return of Good Times to Mas Camp, patrons can expect nothing but a night filled with good music, pure vibes, and good energy," stated Promoter Omar Perrin.

As Good Times returns to Mas Camp with Rum Bar as its liquor sponsor, patrons will be able to purchase liquor specials of Rum Bar’s Overproof Rum with any two chasers of their choice as a courtesy of Rum Bar and Wisynco.

Good Times has successfully managed to keep the rich authentic Jamaican oldies music alive and we are just happy to be a part of that” said Rum Bar’s Marketing Executive/ Sponsorship Manager, Claudia Laing.

The event has lined up some of the best DJs to bring the soulful 90s retro vibe to the event. The DJ lineup features top selectors such as DJ Delano and DJ Jazzy of the Renaissance as well as DJ Liquid of Zip 103 FM.

“Renaissance disco was formed in 1989 and soon became one of the best sounds of the 90s era. We want our supporters to have a blast in the past, remembering the good times they have had by having a great time in the present, " stated Promoter Omar Perrin.

Patrons will be further entertained by a guest performance from Sizzla Kalonji. Sizzla Kalonji exploded onto the music scene in the 90s. With hits such as Praise Ye Jah, released in 1996, he has charted an immensely successful career registering multiple hits and awards.
